Renewable Energy for Valencia County

Dear Valencia County and Town Leaders,

We, the undersigned, encourage you to support the use and installation of renewable energy, such as solar and wind, to supply our county and city buildings by 2022. Since we live in the second sunniest and twelfth windiest state, Valencia County should take advantage of our state's abundant renewable resources and be a local leader in renewable energy. In addition to reducing pollution and improving public health, accelerating the growth of renewable energy will save the county money while providing more local control of energy.
